We work on PCs, laptops, games consoles, TVs, Hi-Fi and audio equipment, printers, tablets and a wide range of household electronics. We also offer cleaning, servicing, upgrades, setup and small home-tech jobs. Not sure if we can help? Just ask!

Yes. We offer home visits for suitable repairs, technology setup and small jobs in the local area. Call or message us with what you need and we’ll let you know what’s possible and the cost before arranging a visit.

Repair times vary depending on the fault, the device and parts availability. Many straightforward repairs can be completed within 1–3 days. We’ll give you an estimated timescale when we diagnose your device and keep you updated if anything changes.

Many services have straightforward prices, which you can see on our price list. For faults that need diagnosing, our diagnostic fee is £20. We’ll explain what’s wrong and provide a repair price before carrying out any work. If you decide not to proceed, you won’t be charged for the repair itself.

We won’t charge you for repair work we haven’t carried out. We’ll explain what we’ve found, discuss your options and, where possible, suggest the most sensible next step.
